By default, our inspections cover the main home. Detached buildings such as garages or guest houses are not automatically included, but they can usually be added on for an additional fee. Just let us know during scheduling if you’d like these structures inspected too. For example, detached garages, workshops, barns, pool houses, or finished guest houses are common add-ons.

We generally don’t recommend adding on small sheds, since they are often not permanent structures and can be cheaper to replace than to repair. Our focus is on permanent outbuildings where an inspection will give you real value and peace of mind.
