Yes! We make every attempt to walk the roof so we can get the best possible look. If that’s not safe or accessible, we use a camera on an extendable pole to get a close view. We also fully access attic spaces. While many inspectors only perform a “head and shoulders” check (just peeking in), we get into the attic and do our best to inspect all areas.
