Identifying mold is outside the scope of a standard home inspection, but we do offer indoor air quality testing as an add-on service. This test can determine if elevated or concerning levels of mold are present in the home. Our trained inspectors collect the air samples and send them to an independent lab, with results typically available within 1–2 business days. Indoor air quality testing starts with one control sample and one indoor sample, and additional samples can be added if needed.
