When scheduling your inspection, you’ll see a text box on the final page where you can note any specific concerns, like a stain, smell, or anything else you’d like us to look at. We recommend listing those there so the inspector is aware ahead of time. You can also contact our office and we’ll make a note for the inspection. If you attend the walkthrough, you’re welcome to ask about it then as well- but letting us know early helps the inspector assess it in the bigger picture of the home and its systems.
