A home inspection covers all areas and systems of the property, including the roof and exterior. A condo inspection is different because the roof and exterior are maintained by the condo association. Instead, it’s what’s called a “walls-in” inspection, meaning we inspect everything specific to that unit, such as the electrical, plumbing, interior, and HVAC. Common areas and shared components, like building plumbing, the roof, and exterior features, aren’t included.
