The insurance inspector role is an entry level inspection position that requires a home inspector license in the State of Florida. This position is responsible for performing insurance inspections, including 4-Ppoint reports and wind-mitigation reports. These types of inspections are relatively simple inspections documenting certain features of the home and it’s major systems. An insurance inspector must be able to walk roofs and navigate through attic spaces, and crawlspaces. They must be able to effectively communicate any insurance risks with the homeowner, and must be able to complete a high number of inspections daily. This can be an extremely rewarding and fulfilling position, and can eventually lead to a home inspector role. If you are at all interested, please submit an application and our team would love to discuss this opportunity with you.
