By concentrating only on the specific items noted in the original inspection report, this service ensures that buyers and sellers alike can move forward with peace of mind. While not a comprehensive or pass/fail inspection, the Repair Re-Inspection delivers transparency and trusted documentation during a critical step of the home buying process.

What’s included

• Targeted Repair Verification – A review of previously identified items to confirm that agreed-upon repairs or modifications have been completed. Our inspectors will report on what they observe but do not evaluate workmanship or expand to new areas of the home.

• Concise & Efficient Visit – Re-inspections typically last between 5–30 minutes. To best serve all of our clients, we provide a time window for arrival (usually 11:00am–12:30pm) unless alternate arrangements are made.

• Detailed Updates – Following the re-inspection, clients receive a clear and detailed update with photos and videos documenting the findings. Our inspectors are also available to answer any follow-up questions.

• Convenient Process – Attendance at the re-inspection is not necessary. Once the invoice is paid and the re-inspection is requested, our team handles the rest, allowing you to focus on your next steps with confidence.
