A WDO (Wood Destroying Organism) inspection is a state-regulated inspection performed by a licensed pest control company to check for organisms that can damage wood. These include termites, old house borer beetles, powder post beetles, and wood-decaying fungus- all of which are outside the scope of a standard home inspection.
