The operations support position is an entry level administrative position. The goal of this position is to provide exemplary customer service and support to our clients, agents, and inspection team. Some responsibilities include answering phones & text messages, checking and responding to emails, assisting clients and agents with scheduling, rescheduling or making making changes to existing inspections. Additional responsibilities include supporting inspectors by documenting permit and utility information, assisting inspectors while in the field, and streamlining inspections. Administrative assistants must be able to handle a large volume of calls, texts, and emails and juggle responsibilities appropriately. They must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as clarity is crucial. This is a busy role but is very satisfying and has great perks, such as working from home, although training must be done in person.
